Mulberry plugin that keeps a registry of employee time off (leaves) and enforces a yearly limit measured in minutes.
Time off requests are ordinary Mulberry tasks. The plugin plugs into workflow actions, so the limit is checked and the leave is recorded or withdrawn as the task moves through its workflow, with no custom code in the workflow itself.
Features
  • Yearly time off limit, in minutes, configured once for the whole system. 
  • Three workflow action types: `check`, `register` and `revoke`, assigned per action in the workflow action settings. 
  • Requests that would exceed the yearly limit are rejected, and the message tells the user how many minutes are left. 
  • A registry of approved leaves per account, with start time, end time and an automatically calculated duration. 
  • One registry record per task. Registering again for the same task updates its record. 
  • Minute precision: seconds are dropped everywhere, so all calculations are in whole minutes.
