Login by ID Card

Enables login by RA Government issued ID cards to Mulberry. ID card is referred as a RA national identity card  with digitally-embedded information and issued by police of RA. The plugin is operational for ID cards with active digital signature. . Requires established connectivity through EKENG JSC interoperability service center.
