New documents will be possible to compare with existing records in the system. Matches and relativeness of found data can be analyzed. Uniqueness of filed is available for libraries. When creating a field in library, uniqueness can be set as it is done in forms. Successful and unsuccessful login records have been slightly modified. Roles with special rights are required to have IP address restrictions applied. Now we show last three successful logins, their country of origin, device and time.  Attachment copy/not copy feature is enabled when creating subtasks. Notification email templates are now configurable form system settings. Administrators would be able to define their own notification templates and attach them to system predefined notifications. Audit log is again back for users.

News tabs in deadlines section have been added to show the overall performance of user or organizational units. Number of processed documents, number of missed deadlines and other info is readily available for selected periods or selected units/staff. Now the signature validation icon shows number of pages of the attached document. Phone number field in forms has been improved to allow defining region code and number format validation. Some visibility issues have been cleared mostly related to not showing the action performer info if the user has been removed from the role. Search filters now show the selected value's title instead of id numbers.

Deadline management has been improved and now is a separate section with six subsections to manage and control all deadlines and performance. Deadlines now are automatically copied is users decide not to set them manually. Meeting plugin now has real time monitoring dashboard that would allow to remotely monitor ongoing meetings. Some code cleanup and security improvements. External security monitoring systems now can be connected to Mulberry for enhanced security measures. To enable this we have added support of Docker logging service by merging logging configuration into compose file.

There have been 150 releases so far enriching Mulberry Groupware 2.0 for our users. Meeting plugin has been released. Meeting management plugin enables organization, scheduling and management of meetings. Plugin adds features to action settings that allow sending a particular task to a meeting agenda. Using this plugin You can arrange meetings, create agendas, set status of agenda items like ongoing, waiting rejected, etc. This is a convenient tool to integrate You interoganization meeting with ongoing documents in Mulberry. Meeting attributes like organizer, invitees and internal guests invitations are enabled. Notification system to invited persons via email and push is available in next release. Inbox has been completely redesigned to address all issues and concerns users have raised. News section for managing internal directories like phone directory, external partners and other new features are included in 150-th release.

Please note that we have merged 146 and 147 releases. We have encountered some technical problems with releasing each version separately. In unified release # 147, we have completely redesigned notification system. Now notifications are grouped by type instead of popping out for each individual task. During “Inform” action it is now possible to send task to a predefined groups. Good news for HR staff, now when You edit the role in an open tree the system will return You to the same open tree after editing a role. For tech team – we have moved to PostgreSQL 11. External deadlines section now shows remaining number of days before the deadline expiration. Green, yellow and red indicators for deadline are configurable for each individual system. Gray indicator will show missed deadlines. New tab type is available for those who want to create register type listing. Now if tab filer as set to “Apply to all tasks” then all tasks in this tab will be visible to users who have access to this tab, independently from their right to see all tasks in the system. This will help HR departments to create a register of internal memorandums, orders and other commonly shared documents, without granting users “see all documents” right. Some cleanup and tuning in existing functionality and other fixes are detailed in relevant section.

Completely redesigned visa requesting functionality in the system. Now simultaneous approval process and voting are enabled in the system. Each approval process can be configured as separate workflow to follow certain approval process. Voting types of for, against and natural are included in this new process. Groups are enabled in search and reporting interfaces to allow search and reporting by user defined groups. Favorites section has been added to the role selection interface. Users now can create their favorite lists which will remain static.  the Most Frequently Used list has not been altered and will remain as separate tab in role selection interface with last 20 users list. Electronic exchange has been revised to allow up to 100 Mb of file exchange between Mulberries. Action log has been redesigned to be more comfortable and clear, hope users will like it. Fixed issue with files not being opened after signing and uploading to Mulberry by One Click MS Office plugin and a few other issues causing problems during ordinary work. Polishing of the overall system performance including backup/restore from backup management, old mulberry migration, reporting/search tools and navigation. Still struggling to comply with Apple native browser. Notes plugin updated to new version and now is available for commenting. Any user that has been shared with a note can comment on note. Deadline control during action has been enhanced with calendar day setting. Navigation pane for tabs has been improved to scroll a full page of tabs instead of one by one. Library view design has been improved to provide more streamlined view of data in library.

Notes 1.4 plugin released, which will enable note sharing in Mulberry. Migration plugin for moving tasks from Mulberry 1.3 to Mulberry 2.0 is completed as first production version. On-line users now can select their role templates during registration and start exploring the system right after registration. Task system tabs are now dynamic. System administrator can define each of incoming, outgoing, action comments and other tab views in task for each workflow. This is especially applicable for the cases when some of the tabs are completely unnecessary to be shown.

Notes 1.0 plugin released, which will enable note taking and note sharing in Mulberry. Migration plugin for moving tasks from Mulberry 1.3 to Mulberry 2.0 is completed as beta version. Backup and Restore of full mulberry is now available with significantly more effective mechanism. Now instead of copying the entire file attachments with every update, the system will always create a backup copy of file when it is created in the system.With every backup the database configuration file will be created to describe the list of files available at the moment of that particular backup date. Documents sent to external Mulberries now can be tracked directly from Your task view. If enabled by remote Mulberry the current holder of that task in remote system will be viewable. Task’s detailed view has been improved for outgoing workflows to show the full list of recipients and deadlines. Based on users requests we have added attachment batch downloading button is task view, which enables downloading all attachments in the task as a .zip file. Most frequently user’s list is now filtered by workflow type to prevent unnecessary listings. Other improvements include better related tasks section, which now shows recipient/sender and attachments columns and many others.
